Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Avacards as much as we loved creating them 💌
Because each card is part of a curated collection, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

That said, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, we’ll do our best to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours
    Please email us at info@avacard.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Include your name, order number, product name, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Return timeframe
    Any approved returns must be sent back to us within 15 days of receipt.

  3. Condition of products
    Returned products must be new – unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging.

  4. Shipping costs
    For returns and exchanges (excluding faulty goods as required by law), return and re-delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Transit responsibility
    Please keep your tracking number. Avacard is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
